About Us

 Future Tech Leaders wants to help change the landscape of technology.  Blacks representing only 9 percent of technology workforce. It is important that youth see representation in technology. Future Tech Leaders believe if students are exposed to technology skills at a young age it will change their perception of careers in computer science. Teaching student technology such as Coding, Data Analytics, UX/UI and Machine Learning starting in elementary school it will provide students the skills and confidence that they need.

Future Tech Leaders believe that every student should have the opportunity to learn technology. We want to spark interest in students and cultivate a mindset that provokes critical thinking and problem solving.It is important that students understand they do not always have to be consumers of technology, but can be innovators. Educating students in technology will allow them to embark on careers that increase their income, create economic mobility and more diversity in tech.
